Christopher Riel, CFP® CPWA®
Chris brings over 10 years of planning experience and believes that while numbers on a page are important, the people and relationships built during the process are much more meaningful. Upon graduating from Chico State in 2012, he was fortunate enough to partner with David White & Associates and has been doing so ever since.
Outside of his work, Chris has a passion for both golf and jiu-jitsu (though, he still is not that great at golf). Born and raised in the Bay Area, he now lives in Danville with his wife Katie, where they enjoy trips to wine country or Tahoe any chance they get.
Brendan Halick, RICP®
Upon graduating from Lewis University in Chicago, Brendan decided to enter the industry on advice from his brother (who is also an advisor!). Prior to supporting both Chris and other advisors at David White & Associates, he worked as a relationship manager at HSBC, helping individuals and families plan for long-term financial success.
He believes that each relationship is unique and prides himself on getting to know clients on a meaningful level. A native to the Bay Area, his time outside of the office involves hiking, golfing, and traveling.
Dennis Culver
Dennis has been in the Financial Services industry since 2014 and has been supporting advisors with David White and Associates since 2021. With a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Florida, Dennis brings a unique blend of experience to his clients.
Prior to working in Finance, Dennis spent 10 years working as a journalist in Florida. After moving to the Bay Area in 2014 with his wife Marisa, they purchased an 1897 Victorian-style home, which keeps them busy with ongoing projects. When he’s not working, Dennis enjoys playing beach volleyball, surfing, riding motorcycles and attending concerts with his wife and friends.
Kelly Alexander
Kelly joined David White & Associates in 2020 and began working with Chris in 2021. She has her bachelor's degree in sociology from California Lutheran University and completed the teaching credential program at Cal State East Bay. After four years of teaching elementary school, she decided that teaching wasn’t her passion and, on a whim, moved to Austin, TX where she put her organization and problem-solving skills to good use as an executive assistant at a law firm.
In January 2020, after the birth of her son, she decided to move back to her hometown of Danville, CA to be near family and, just weeks before the world shut down, began working at David White & Associates. When she’s not working or playing with cars and dinosaurs with her 3-year-old son, she enjoys reading, puzzles, and dreaming about her next adventure.
